Cancellations:
All cancellations will incur a $25.00 processing fee.
Non-refundable special rates are nonrefundable from the time of booking.
All reservations require the first night deposit to confirm a reservation.
FIG 3-Day 15% Off -is non-refundable and can’t be canceled after booking.
November 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 – reservation deposits become non-refundable 48 hours prior to arrival.
June 1, 2025 through October 15, 2025 – reservation deposits become non-refundable 72 hours prior to arrival.
Please consider your departure date carefully. In the event that you leave before the end of your reservation, the full rate will be charged.
Additional Information And Reservation Policies
Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for your rate (such as corporate card, government identification and valid driver’s license)
Maid Services will not be completed during your stay. You will be provided a bag of toiletries and towels in each room.
Maximum registered guests allowed (4-people). Sorry no outside guests are allowed at any time. (pools are for hotel guests only)
Rates include Grab & Go Breakfast items at this Time. (Some exclusion may apply)
All rates are subject to 9% New Hampshire state Rooms and Meals Tax.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest will be assessed a $20.00 plus tax per night fee.
A maximum number of 4 guests may stay in one room or suite.
Kids 12 and under stay free (must stay in room with parents). Additional charges may apply for cots.
You may guarantee your reservation by sending a personal check (60 days prior to arrival) for one night’s room charge or a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.) Please see cancellation policies below.
Some special events may require a minimum length of stay. Minimum length of stay requirements currently apply during Bike Week, Concert Series at Bank of NH Pavilion, Every weekend from May 20 to October 20, race events at NH International Speedway and fall foliage season, some weekends and other special events.
Additional charges may also apply during special events.
Roll-away beds (Cot) are based on available for $25.00 plus tax per day.
Check in time is 4:00 PM (1600)
Check in Policy: Check in time for Fireside Inn & Suites is anytime after 4:00 PM. At the time of booking your reservation, an early check in option is available based on availability. Early check in fee will be $20.00-$120.00 plus tax. For a request earlier then 12:00 noon, previous night room rate will apply.
Check out time is 11:00 AM (1100) All Suites are 10:00 AM Late check out may be available. Fees are based on time and availability.
Should you leave before your reservation expires, you will be charged for all remaining days.
Minimum check-in age is 21 years of age with a valid drive license matching the credit card on file must be presented as proper identification upon check in. The credit card on file will be authorized at check-in for the projected balance plus a nominal amount for incidentals purchased while staying at the resort.
We welcome pets at the Fireside Inn & Suites in selected rooms. Dogs must not be left unattended in the room and cannot be allowed into food service areas, conference facilities or the pool. There is an additional cleaning fee assessed per pet for your stay. (Fee $50.00-$75.00, per pet/per night). Fee may change without notice.
Pets should be kept on a leash when not in their room (unless, of course, you have a goldfish).
When you walk your pet, please do your part to help keep our grounds clean. There is a perfect dog walking area behind the hotel, toward the waterfront.
Please remember – dogs are not allowed at Gilford’s public beach.
Our complimentary parking is available to our patrons only, (one vehicle per room)
The hotel, its owners, management, and staff are not responsible for damages to your vehicle OR lost or stolen items from vehicle while utilizing our parking lots.
